USE

Can use quantifying determiners with uncountable nouns, often in informal and/or spoken contexts ('a little', 'a bit of' and 'a little bit of').

EXAMPLE

I went with my wife so we could spend a little time together without the kids.

I drank a bit of wine, so I couldn’t drive home.

I’m only allowed to watch a little bit of TV everyday.
